Buyer confirmation

By creating an account and again at checkout you confirm you are 21 or older and buying for laboratory research.

No health claims

Nuvera Form does not make, and our staff and assistant will not answer, questions about dosing, injection, or use in people or animals.

Right to refuse

We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe a product will be used outside this policy.
