Shipping & Returns

Dispatch times, delivery, costs and what to do if something is wrong.

Payment

We accept Zelle. After you place an order we email your order number and Zelle details; include the order number in the Zelle memo.

Dispatch

Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Delivery

Ground delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch; overnight orders arrive the next business day after dispatch. A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves.

Cost

Ground shipping is a flat $25 per order. Overnight shipping is a flat $60 per order.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email info@nuveraform.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item.

Returns

Because of the nature of the products, opened or used vials cannot be returned.
